Beyeler irrigation diversion, fish creen, & pump station
QCI completed a GPS site topographic survey and engineering designs to relocate and consolidate existing irrigation diversions from Canyon Creek and Big Timber Creek to the main stem Lemhi River. The project included designing a new low head fish passable irrigation diversion on the Lemhi River plus designs for a point of diversion fish screen, a 2,400 gpm variable flow, constant pressure irrigation pump station and approximately 2,700 linear feet of irrigation pipeline. The fish passable irrigation diversion was designed and constructed as a cost effective combination of rock weirs and a short concrete sluice structure to accommodate high water bed load movement.
