Pete Lounsbury, PLS
Pete has 33 years of surveying and engineering experience in the civil engineering and mining fields. Licensed in Idaho and Oregon, he has been the lead surveyor and project manager for the topographic surveying of over 265 screen sites in the upper Salmon River basin. His experience includes project management, contract administration, surveying, civil design, materials testing and construction inspection. more
Ricardo Zavala, PE
Ricardo has 13 years of civil engineering and surveying experience. His work includes site design, fish screen and fish passage design, topographic and boundary surveying, floodway mapping and the legal documentation for design projects. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD 2010-2016/Civil 3D.
Lauren Andrews, PE
Lauren has 8 years of experience in fisheries habitat engineering, including water resources/civil engineering design related to stream restoration, large wood structures, and fish passage. Lauren also has significant experience related to project management of ESA-listed fish habitat projects, environmental permitting and compliance, construction oversight, and contract management, as well as field surveying, hydraulic modeling, and drafting.
Steve Sweet, PE
After 43 years of dedicated service to the civil engineering profession, Steve has elected to move on to spend more time with other passions including beekeeping and bird dog training. Steve has left an indelible mark on the local civil engineering community, and his contributions to Quadrant Consulting have been immeasurable. Steve's daily presence around the office is missed, but he still graces us with regular visits and makes time for his long time clients and the Quadrant team when the needs arises. more
