Eagle valley ranch diversion consolidation project
QCI provided surveying, attended stakeholder meetings, and provided the engineering design for approximately 16,500 linear feet of gravity pressurized pipeline to provide water delivery to existing sprinkler and flood irrigation systems. The pipeline design is capable of handling flow rates ranging from 2 cfs to 8 cfs with operating pressures up to approximately 95 psi. The pipeline was also designed to safely accommodate potential surge pressures up to 160 psi. The project also included the design for a concrete crest/rock weir diversion structure and culvert replacement to restore upstream fish passage to upper Bohannon Creek, and an anadromous fish screen design meeting NOAA Fisheries Criteria. QCI worked with IDFG to develop public works bidding documents, provided assistance through the bidding process including pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, and provided construction staking and oversight as necessary through project implementation.
