QCI has designed approximately 58 irrigation screening facilities meeting NOAA Fisheries criteria for threatened and endangered anadromous stock in the Upper Salmon River Basin.  Specific screen designs have included facilities on the Salmon River, Lemhi River, Pahsimeroi River, Big Springs Creek, Morgan Creek, Iron Creek, Squaw Creek, Challis Creek, Carmen Creek, Freeman Creek, Champion Creek, Goat Creek, Smiley Creek, and Bohannon Creek.  The screening facilities were designed to deliver historical irrigation deliveries while protecting endangered species of concern.  Individual designs have included rotary drum, vertical flat plate, and point of diversion fish screens.  A majority of these projects have also included improved irrigation diversions and fish passage components.
