Ted Trueblood Chapter, Trout Unlimited
2013
$123,000
The staff at Quadrant Consulting has worked over the years to support the local Ted Trueblood Chapter of Trout Unlimited.  Quadrant provided field and technical support in a feasibility analysis concerning fish passage around Barber Dam on the Boise River, known as the Alta Harris Creek Side Channel Project.  Quadrant provided field surveying, permitting assistance, and storm water management documentation for the project.  Quadrant also provided the field surveying for the successful Julia Creek daylighting project near downtown Boise.  Most recently, Quadrant staff conducted a culvert inventory and a fish passage survey on Pierce Creek, a tributary to the South Fork of the Boise River.  In the fall of 2011, Quadrant led the surveying and design effort to provide fish passage past the existing perched Pierce Creek culvert by replacing it with a bridge.
